Booking directly on our website is fast and secure. You can check our availability in real-time, get the best guaranteed price, and receive immediate confirmation.

Important information:

• The hotel is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any arrival or departure during closing hours must be notified in advance.

• Corporate rates require validation at the time of check-in.

• Small pets are allowed as long as the owner takes responsibility for cleaning up after them. Any damage to the room or hotel facilities will incur an additional charge determined by management based on severity.

• An extra mattress on the floor can be added to any room for an additional person (subject to availability) for a fee of 12,000 colones. This includes all amenities enjoyed by other guests.

• Early check-in is possible and subject to availability, at no additional cost.

• Late check-out has an additional charge of 10,000 colones for each hour of delay.

• Children aged 0 to 2 who do not require a personal bed stay for free.

• We have small refrigerators that can be placed in the rooms, with prior notice and subject to availability.
